Our standard policy outside of major holidays: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to ship your order. We’re a very small operation and work hard to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible. Receipt of your item depends on the shipping method you choose and where you live. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Tracking information can be found in the email you received from us when your order was placed, as well as your Account page if you have an account set up with us. Tracking information will be available as soon as possible within the fulfillment period.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
The shipping rate depends on the shipping method chosen, size/weight of the package, and destination.
Return Rules
- Returns accepted for 30 days for all unopened, unused consumable items
- Free return shipping for any defective or incorrect items
- No restocking fee
- No returns on sale items or gift cards
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at admin@blissedbotanicalco.com to address the issue. Most items are for personal, consumable use and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If an incorrect, defective, or damaged item was sent, we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return or refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@blissedbotanicalco.com. as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
